Is it going to be hard?
I really enjoy a bootcamp style workout. I like to be get active, get pushed and get sweaty. I realize that is not for everyone. But no matter what your workout style and what level of fitness you are at, brand new, former athlete or crossfit guru, the workout you pick needs to be hard for you at this moment. The point of getting your body moving is to, at the very least, get healthier. As you consistently workout, you will find that your hard becomes your not so hard. Calling it easy might be pushing it ;).

Let's not be afraid of hard. Walking at a leisurely pace, throwing around 3-5 pound weights or texting while peddling a spin bike are not going to get you the many benefits of exercise. If 3 pound weights are your hard right now in this moment then by all means use them just be open to recognizing when it is time to bump them up to 5.
